Shipping policy

Shipping Methods and Fees:

• Orders under $60: A shipping fee of $1.80 will apply to all orders below $60.

• Orders over $60: Shipping is free for orders totaling $60 or more.

This fee applies to all regions and is automatically calculated at checkout.

 

Delivery Times:

• United States: Orders will be delivered within 6-12 business days from the date the company confirms the order.

• United Kingdom: Orders will be delivered within 6-12 business days from the date the company confirms the order.

• Rest of the EU: Orders will be delivered within 7-14 business days from the date the company confirms the order.

• Rest of the World: Orders will be delivered within 7-14 business days from the date the company confirms the order.

Special Periods:

During holidays, Black Friday, or special events, delays beyond the site’s control may occur. In such cases, shipping times may extend by an additional 10 business days.

If there is an issue with the delivery, we guarantee to deliver your order within 45 days. If the order is not received within this time, we will resend the order at no additional cost.

 

General Instructions:

• Shipments and product deliveries will take place from Sunday to Thursday between 08:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

• Fridays, holidays, weekends, and official public holidays are not considered business days.

• Delivery times are subject to the shipping company’s policies, as they are an external provider.

• Delivery times mentioned in this policy apply to normal conditions. Delays may occur due to:

• Security situations, wars, strikes, lockdowns, pandemics, computer system failures, phone malfunctions, email service disruptions, or other events beyond the company’s and the shipping provider’s control.

• The company or its representatives may refuse to deliver to areas restricted for security reasons, at the company’s discretion.
